Six groups, each with a lead who holds the pace so you don’t have to watch your wrist. Nobody gets dropped. The lead’s job is to finish with the last runner.

How it works

From sign-up to start line in a week

01

Tell us your easy pace

Two minutes online. Your usual comfortable pace and the distance you’re training for is all we need.

02

Meet your group lead

You’re placed in one of six pace groups and introduced to its lead in the crew chat before your first run.

03

Show up Sunday

Find the red flag at 06:30, say hello, run. After three runs you’ll know whether to move up a group.

This week

What changes when you stop running alone

“Stuck at the same 10K time for two years. Three months in group C and I took four minutes off it. The lead did the thinking, I just ran.”

Maryam · Group C

“The Sunday long run is the only alarm I never snooze. Someone is waiting at the flag. That’s the whole trick.”

Daniel · Group E

“Race day used to be lonely. Now there are twelve of us at the start and a crew at kilometre 35 shouting my name.”

Noor · Group B

I’m slow. Is there really a group for me?

Yes. Group F runs at 7:00 min/km with planned walk breaks and is one of our biggest. Nobody gets dropped.

What happens on my first run?

Do I need to buy the kit?

Can I pause my membership?
